Cramio supports your compliance work with controlled reporting workflows and traceable records. Compliance decisions remain with your authorized team.
Your reporting workflow
Reports are drafted, reviewed by a different authorized person, and locked on approval. Filing takes place in the official portal. A reference entered by your team is labeled as customer-recorded evidence, not independent authority verification.
Data handling and AI
AI assistance is disabled by default for each organization and requires explicit enablement. Deployment regions, retention periods, and transfer safeguards depend on your configuration and agreement.
Operational transparency
Your monitoring view shows source freshness and job failures. Service objectives are engineering targets; contractual uptime and recovery commitments are agreed separately after deployment validation.

Request the applicable DPA, deployment data-flow inventory, retention schedule, support terms, and available assessment evidence. Certifications or independent audit results are only represented when documentation is available.
